Ordering

Thank you for considering placing an order!

To keep prices as low as possible, we do not currently accept card or Paypal payments over the internet. Instead we ask that you make email contact in the first instance (using our “Contact Us” page.)

Please specify what you would like to order, quoting the exact caption from the product photograph, if there is one, along with any callsign, name or other details that you would like displayed on the the products. If you have an idea for a bespoke design, for example a shack callsign plaque or sign, please briefly describe it and we will work with you via email to provide a suitable design and price.

All emails will receive a response giving an estimated delivery time and a total cost for the product(s) ordered to include postage and packing. We do NOT charge VAT. Once you are happy, you will be provided with bank details to make direct payment, and when that is received your product will be made and dispatched.
